The Silhouette InstaLift® is a non-surgical facial procedure that lifts sagging skin on the face and neck. This procedure adds volume to the face and increases collagen production over time. Silhouette InstaLift® tightens and fills the creases of the face without using fillers or surgery.

How Does It Work?

Silhouette InstaLift® uses micro-cones to provide an immediate lift and a gradual boost in natural collagen production. This procedure is performed in the office with Dr. Hotchandani and typically takes less than one hour to complete. Patients are given anaesthetic and are fully awake during this facial aesthetic procedure.

Am I a Candidate?

This facial enhancement procedure is designed for women in their 30s and older. Most patients experience loss of elasticity, which leads to sagging skin as well as a loss of volume in the mid-face. Most candidates are women who want to see a change in their appearance, but they do not want to undergo facelift surgery. This procedure is one where patients can see an immediate lift and refreshed aesthetic.

What Do I Do After My Procedure?

After your Silhouette InstaLift® procedure, patients can use ice packs and acetaminophen to help alleviate any pain they may experience. Sleeping in a semi-upright position for the first week is important, as well as avoiding any facial massages or excessive facial and neck movements. Dr. Hotchandani will give you a full list of after-care instructions to make sure that you are well taken care of and prepared for the recovery aspect of your Silhouette InstaLift® procedure.

When Will I See My Full Results?

Although you will be able to notice a difference immediately, your Silhouette InstaLift® results will be fully noticeable about six to 12 weeks after your procedure is performed. If you follow a good skin care routine, eat a balanced diet, and keep in general health, then your results can last anywhere from two to four years.
